What is inter-caste marriage?

In inter caste marriage couple are from different religion and creed for example, boy from Muslim family and girl from Sikh family and they want to marry with each other as they do not agree with society rule and go against the society.

In old time inter caste marriage was not accepted and punishment was given to them who dared to go for that. But now time has been changed a lot. In cities inter caste marriage is accepted by people and society only family of both side should have good understanding.

There are some advantage and disadvantage of inter caste marriage

Health problem – It is said that couple are from same species then progeny would have some health problem and if couple are form different species then better chances not to have health problem.

New experience and knowledge – Inter caste marriage couple learn new things about their different culture and have good experience of two types of customs and rituals.

Disadvantages

Whether it is love marriage or arrange marriage, believe is the pillar of strong relationship. It boy and girl have no believe on each other, relation would not continue for long time and in inter caste marriage so many problems can raise in life. like there may be argument due to different customs. Because it will take time to understand the new customs for both so patience and believe is must to make strong relationship.

Language issue can be come up that which language should be used because both are from different religion. Marriage of kids can be the big issue of argument in future. So only with good understanding and believe can be successful in inter caste marriage.
