DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR COURT MARRIAGE IN DELHI
● Date of birth of both the parties (10th Certificate/Passport/Birth Certificate).
● Address Proof of bride and groom (voter ID/ driving license).
● Some passport size photos of Bride and Groom.
● Both witnesses should be from Delhi.
● PAN Card and Address proof of the witnesses and some others.

Marriage Under Hindu Marriage Act, 1955?
Firstly, the couple will have to visit the court and fill the form which is duly signed by the couple. Now, with all the documents, they apply for their Arya Samaj Court marriage in Delhi. The registrar will verify the serial and the couple will be sent to the registered Arya Samaj mandir. The couple will complete their marriage according to the traditional rituals and they get their certificate.
Under Special Marriage Act, 1954
Firstly, the couple will apply for their court marriage application. They'll get the appointment after 30 days from the date of application. This period is for application objection and the couple will have to wait for 30 days. After the completion of 30 days, they visit the marriage registrar's office and verify their documents.
